This is from a 1946 1-Ton. They are the inside measurements: 52.25" across and 101.25" long. The holes themselves are 2.25" by 1.375".
Here is some more measurements taken from the outside front side rail to the center lines.
2.25" stake pocket
32.25" support
78.25" support
106" stake pocket
108.25" overall length
So the pockets are NOT evenly spaced if you had 4.
