I painted the running boards over two years ago on my 1950 Chevy using Kirker UP732 2K urethane primer surfacer followed by PPG Concept DCC9000 acrylic urethane in gloss black. The finish is extremely durable no chips or scratches even with the constant stepping in and out of the truck. I plan on using the same combination on the 1952 GMC I am currently restoring. | | |
