I have my 55.1 on the road and have been driving for 6 months and have had a very small vibration at speed but not very noticable around town. The other day I decided to have the driveshaft balanced. When I installled the new drivesaft and u-joints the vibration is very pronounced even at low speeds. I can see that the new ujoints do not sit in the yoke at the back of the transmission evenly the yoke is wore out. I looked for another yoke and am told they are not available. The truck is a 55 first series 1/2 ton with a 4 speed trans and open drive. Does anyone know of a distributor of this yoke or does someone rebuild them? I live in Los Angeles.
