Alvin, are you sure the numbers you have are not for the adjustable drag link? For that you would need the threaded sleeve and two male threaded tie-rods (one left, one right handed). For the tie-rods, you shouldn't need anything except the female ended modern replacement ends. The ES29's will fit, both are 3/4" thread, same as your tie-rod bar.
