1-I did NOT have the holes in the steering arms tapered. (you have me worried about this) I gotta pull mine apart tomorrow and look but I could swear my new tie rod ends were not tapered.
3-correct. I did not need an adjusting sleeve.
4- I don't think I have the part numbers, but I will look tomorrow.
