I have the 48-50 fresh air unit (I thought so, anyways) and bought the plate Tim posted. I thought it was a sticker. Neither the plate or unit have the slots/tabs. The plate is concave. I thought the plate I was purchasing was a sticker. Maybe I have a 51-55 fresh air unit. Please note the emblem sold by Chevy Parts is for the 47-52.
