It is the same here in Mississippi, our antique tags are given out based on the age of the vehicle. Any vehicle over 25 years of age qualifies for an antique tag. Don't really see where it matters if the vehicle is a "beater" or is in pristine condition...
yep, & good for the life of the vehicle...i'm originally from northeast MS...in FL you have to renew the antique tags (i lived there) like regular plates...my truck is still in MS at my dad's place so i haven't had to tag it here in SC...btw, i moved here from Brandon
