There are goners, and then there are goners. If it is frozen up from sitting, the cylinders and rings have rusted, and may be freed up with kroil, kerosene, or some other penetrant. Might be salvageable. BUT, if it is really seized and not just stuck, as in OVERHEATED meltdown, scored cylinders, burned up bearings and such, it may not be worth the effort and cost to mess with. But still, somebody may want the head, manifolds, etc., so it has some value. Maybe only scrap value. Might try post in parts for sale section, with an honest description, and see if anyone's interested. Good luck!
