You'll also have to convert to 12 volts for the more modern engines. The only real fab work involved would be the engine and trans mounts, which as stated previously, can be bought almost anywhere that sells AD truck parts.
Too bad you all are not closer, I have all of those engines - 230, 250 and a 292 just sitting in storage and complete.
