Thanks. I will try to strain it. I can tell the dark stuff didn't clean near as well as the other stuff in the other pail.
And I bet that student doesn't EVER do that again! lol I have big chemical resistant gloves I've been using. I don't have any dexterity with them, but they work until I get the parts rinsed well.
