A couple of grand is a bunch to spend on an occasional carb cleaning, I'm not in the business of rebuilding carbs like you. I've seen used ones like I used to use at the lab where I worked but even those are still up there out of reach for home use.
since I've got several buckets of carb cleaner I soak the big ones in one and the small parts in another. I've had this bucket made up from an old plastic instant coffee container for years:
