The 1/2 inch bumpers go on the upper radiator baffle cover so the hood comes down to them (they go where the 1/2 moons are on the baffle plate). The thinner ones go on the underside hood edge that runs along the fender you should be able to figure out the holes nothing else should be in them. See Factory Assembly Manual sheets Section 11 2.17 and Section 11 15.00.
