Hy Dieseldude, you could have siezed up wheel cylinders, or brake shoes that are siezed that's about all I can think of that would give you "no" brakes. It sounds like you have hydraulic fluid flow, so something is impeding the application of the shoes. better pull things apart and see what's going on.
