If your hydrovac has one, pull the plug on the back of the hydrovac and check to see if brake fluid dribbels or pours out. If it does, you need a new hydrovac, or a rebuild.

If you want to wait, you can just bypass the hydrovac with a piece of brake tubing and rebleed your system. You'll have to push harder on the brakes, but it won't effect the brake system.
