The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Paint and Body Shop Sand Base Coat?

I just finished laying on the last coat of base-coat. I used a turbine HVLP. I don't particularly like the amount of orange peel in places, even though I sprayed the last two coats fairly wet. Should I try to wet sand the base-coat before spraying on the clear-coats, or wait after the clear-coat is applied? The paint is Omni PPG.
