Forget the V8 and overdrive, its been done all ready. If you want something cool with good power, stick a 292 in it with overdrive, how many of them have you seen? Or update the 230 with a 250 crank and pistons for a 250 cubic inch engine. The 230 is on the small side, but still better then late model V8!
