I know it's probably considererd a big NO NO having this motor in this truck. I didn't do it, but I'm going to play with it for a little while as it is my project. I'll have my eyes open for an exceptional deal on a V8/AOD in the not so distant future. When I sell my '57 Chevy, I'll be looking much intensely for a superdeal(you can understand that).
As for my credentials, you can go to stangfix.com and see some of my work. I have probably more tools than most and I don't skimp when it comes to the right tool. I'm not some teenage kid, I'm a grown woman with strong desires to be the best at what I'm pretty good at.
I can mig weld, stick weld, braze, use an oxycetelne rig like no ones business.
I do my own paint n body work, however I didn't paint this truck). If I ask a question, I'm seeking sound answers to help me, and I find my questions pertinent to the problems at hand.
I do appreciate answers and whomsoever responds to my distress calls, and I can assure you before this project is totally finished, it will have nice rumbling V8~ ; )
