Maybe I wasn't clear enough. This pic belongs to another stovebolter "Cavebull". But this is the screw that's giving me problems. The pin at the end must be broke off and is still in the hole.
Look here.I need to pull the whole lock pin so the shaft can slide down so I can push the axles in to get the C clips out.
