I don't know what Patrick is selling these days for a "hot" cam, I have the M4F same as Longbox and like it. The grind you mention is to the best of my knowledge a little bit higher lift cam for higher horsepower whereas the M4F is a torquier grind. Is "torquier" a real word or did I just make that up?
He used to have F298 that was the higher lift model. Maybe the 254 is a duplicate of the Chevrolet 261 cam, anyone know?
