| | | | Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 295 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 295 | Series shunt and compound DC motors will not reverse when line leads reversed. You must reverse the armature or field to reverse the motor.
You will reverse perm magnet by reversing line leads.
