One of the guys from USRadiators did a nice write up on what they do and yes, made in USA. I bought a desert cooler 4row from JCarters and it was actually made by USR. Maybe someone made a link to his write up? Its well worth reading. EDIT: this is not the post I was looking for but there is a ton of good reading on their site http://www.usradiator.com/
