Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 145 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 145 | Jimmi take plugs out to turn it by hand , when you are turning the engine over by hand with the fan belt watch the 2nd valve from the front close and keep turning engine till the stamped triangle on your ring gear lines up with the pointer in the timing hole in your bellhousing.That will take about another 1/3 turn. That will get you to tdc. There should be a raised ball on your flywheel or what I called a ring gear , that is your timing mark that you set with a timing light once the engine runs.
