The coolant tank shown is very similar in construction to the tanks used on Canadian Military Pattern trucks from 1941? to 1945. Although the construction is similar, the proportions look taller and thinner than I'm used to seeing on those Chevs. They were also a no/low pressure system. The CMP Fords also had coolant recovery tanks, but they were a completely dirrerent shape.
