Replaced my Rochester B with a Carter YF today. WOW I mean WOW. It idles way better. Has way better responce. I can put to gas on and it gose. It feals like a new truck in comparison. Made a quick video on it. There is a part were it is running at the end.

Looking at your you tube video from your other post it looks like your heat riser valve is working. Towards the end of your video you give it some gas. The wieght under the manifold moves
check the spring on the other side of shaft that the wieght is on. It may be missing
