The carb gasket has the grooves that line up with the hole on the bottom. Wish that were it. Looks like I'm going to be rebuilding a carb... yikes (does anyone know of a good step by step carb rebuild - I recall seeing a link for one here in the forums). Is there anything else I could possibly try before a carb rebuild? Also, at idle speed, should the vacuum still be 19 - 21?
