First time poster here. I did several searches of the forum using different wording, no luck. So here's my question: I have a 1959 Chevy Apache 3600 truck. Original motor is stuck. I have a chance to buy a 250 straight 6 at a good price. Will the stock 59 mounts, exhaust and other associated parts work with the newer 250? Anything I should know about with this swap?
The stock engine is a (270?)straight six. Truck has the stock 420 trans, it's all original.
