i do agree it takes some getting used to but i think im past that point. im gonna check for that bumper on the pedal. im hoping that will be the case and it will be an easy fix. the pedal comes out of the floor about 5 1/2" and they dont start applying until its about half way to the floor. so if i am missing the bumper then i would guess that the pedal should be a couple inches closer, just past the stage of them starting to apply, to the floor much like the clutch. would that assumption be safe? the brakes do work good (but with a lot of pedal movement) and they have descent stopping power but im guessing thats just the nature of the beast.
