Ok, got the engine out! After digging out lots of dirt and grease from around the lower bolts, it was obvious to just take out the cross member bolt and remove the engine with the mounts attached. Was finally able to get a socket on the top of the bolt from inside the cab and use another socket from under to get them out. Should have drained tranny before removing two lower bellhousing bolts though as they became an escape for the fluid. Ooops!
