Hooked up both auto chokes, set the fuel pressure for 3.5 psi, a little squirt of starter fluid and it fired immediately. Did a quick "by ear" carb sync, backed off the idle speed screws equally, hooked up the linkage. Idle mixture out of the box gave me 19" vacuum.
Best part is that it drives like a dream. Haven't had a chance to check the mileage but I'll be disappointed if I can't nurse out 20 mpg.
