No need to have a custom clutch disc fabricated. I'm currently using a NAPA clutch disc from an 83-84 Firebird 2.8L in my 1954 with the 10" flywheel, in addition to having run the 4201 formerly offered by NAPA using the same pressure plate.
It might be a good idea to check out my webshots albums that outlines some of the things I learned about making the T5 conversion. There are a couple little tricks that make a big difference about getting it right the first time, or spending a bunch of time tearing out your hair!!!
