pipeliner78 Wrench Fetcher P Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 48 Brookhaven, MS	I have the wheels off the ground. It gets stuck you really have to pull on it to make it turn. This is without the cylinder hooked up, and like I said its only when you turn to the right.
