Stan - see your assembly manual, on a vehicle the toeboard is the angled panel between the flat floorboard and the firewall [which the factory calls the "dash panel" inside],
see here, floor and toe patches are availabe for 47.2-59, don't seem to be available for the 41-47 or the 60's trucks
also on a scaffold, the "toe board" can be called a
kick board, helpful to keep you from stepping off the edge
