mendonjo,I am waiting to get a call from the OHP,they are waiting on the plate,that was authorized by BMV headquarters to allow the ID plate,to be riveted to the vehicle. It has been a paper chase,for sure.I don't know exactly what will take place,but at least I will be legal,if I ever try to sell the truck.
