mendonjo,Hello from Ohio. I am in the same the same situation.Thought I would share my experience with you. It is mostly time consuming,and it all depends on how the BMV in each state operates,in these situations.I was told by our BMV,here in Ohio,that it is a felony to put your ID plate,on yourself.So I went the way our,BMV here in Ohio,told me to go.It is time consuming,but every situation is different according to which state that is involved.
