Sometimes you can get more even flow across all rocker arms by lightly losening one or more of the bolts holding down the entire assembly.
This can be done while idling and with higher rpms to check flow at higher oil pressure.
If everything else is to spec, the rockers get just enough oil, but no so much that it splashes all over.
The valve guides also need only the slightest amount of oil.
