Mine usually break off inside and do not leave anything hanging out to weld to.
"then an air hammer wrench is your best friend." Often areas are too tight for my air hammer. But in the case of a frozen bolt would it get them out without breaking them? Is the issue that I put too much continual force on it by hand and that it needs a sudden impack to free it?
