I have a smaller version on my '54 3800. I bought this truck from original owners grandaughter in Bordentown, NJ.

Yours looks like it has the Roller Type hoist. Check out the pic of my 3800 and compare...didn't think I would ever see another one. If I remember right they went out if bis. in early '60's.
