It seems we both have the same kind of dilemma. I am in the process of installing a TCI rear suspension kit on my 51. I am using a 10 bolt rear from a 79 camero and rear disc brakes from a 2002 Firebird. The e-brake off the rear disc is a tab that swings back to the rear instead of forward. I will need to fabricate something to make the original cable work in this case.
