I'm not sure where it came from, but it has inboard drums so the whole hub will have to come off. The flat spot have to be a jamb nut. Measure from flat spot to flat spot and get the right socket and unscrew it. There will probably be another nut under it. Does the bolt pattern on your rear wheels match the front?
