Hy 46andonehalf, I did some research in my parts book, that double flange rear hub was used on CC and EC 250 series [1941 -47]. If it is stamped 81978, then it is p/n 2133491, if it is stamped 82951 then it is p/n 2213259, so it is probably the correct setup for your truck, hope that helps.
