OK, just got a look at your pics- - - - -those are drop-center rims, there's just a small area where the tire bead can drop into the center so the beads can slip over the lip of the rim. You're still going to have a terrible time getting those tires on, if they're intended to be run with tubes. Getting a tube inside the tire on that narrow rim is going to be interesting!
