Best thing I have found for the window channels is this product.
Go to NAPA and pick up a can of "CRC Heavy Duty Silicone multi use lubricant".
It sprays on like carb cleaner but does a fantastic job on the window channels...NO FUSS NO MUSS NO SMEARS OR FUNK.
It does not collect dust and dirt also.
My new channels were so tight my power window motors were struggling and blowin fuses a good soak with this product and WHALLLA!...problem fixed!..and that has been 2 yrs. ago..NOW THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE USED AFTER PAINT!..IT IS SILICONE!
