I too have a ex. manifold, stock L6, with the heat spring/butterfly cut out. I live in cold weather, so i figure I will always have heat, I wonder if I should make a spacer between intake and Carb so it doesn't percilate/boil off fuel while in a too hot carb? Anyone?
