yes, you can buy a kit that has the POR 15 and the mesh backing made by POR 15. But the mesh they sell is kinda crappy and it is pricey to. So you use the fiberglas matting instead of the POR 15 mesh. And it works a whole lot better. Paint the POR 15 on the surface, it paints thick. Then place the fiberglas matting over the POR 15. Then put POR 15 over the matting and The POR 15 is self leveling and will dry rock hard, great stuff.
