usually the only bending you can do will be at the top, in the area the window joins, carefully .... that is if the problem is that the door "stands proud", door too flat top to bottom .... if the problem is the door doesn't "fill the opening" [not clear from your original post], and you can't move it rearward with the bolts inside the door, you might be able to gain a bit by filing out the holes as Jock mentions, or pad out the pillar side with some washers .... but I'd wonder how it fits at the front and why it doesn't fit the opening at the bottom as well as it does at the top
did you try moving the other hinge? a good way to start is have both hinges bolted just finger tight so they can be moved with a bit of force - close the door carefully and try to muscle it to the best positioning you can, even use a padded pry tool in the gap and wedge it in place - leave it closed, get inside and tighten one or more bolts at each hinge side, then see how it opens/closes ... the fit of the TF doors can be frustrating, tedious, and is always a compromise!
