Big Chevy 3600, I know you will enjoy your new garage when you retire. Ten years ago I moved from Southern California to Northern California. Here I built a new house with 1300 square feet of living area over a 1400 square foot 4 car garage and shop.
The building officials were astonished at the building plan showing that. It's just great having a shop/garage where my toys and tools fit nicely.
