Nobody offers 8 lug disc kits that I know of. Only way is to retro fit them yourself.
Rick in VA on this forum is working on that himself. Do a search on 8 lug disc brakes for more info.
There is also an outfit that sells brake shoes with a kevlar type lining that is supposed to increase stopping power well. I think they are called Praise Dyno Brake or something similar.
