Anyone can paint BUT to paint well requires practice. A non experienced person + wanting it done right = a lot of do overs & expense. It would probably be cheaper to hire a pro or be willing to settle for less than pro results. I'm not trying to discourage you but you have a tall hill to climb if you want a professional job done.
