We are just fooling around with a 1953 fire truck engine as a possible transplant into a military 6x6 Chev C60x Cab 13 Canadian Military Pattern..... our engine is a 248 we were hoping for a 270 cu. inches...... what is the size of your engine?.... and what is tha brass contraption under the carburator.... is it a governer..... and is it powered by the on board water pump demand...?
