On my 49 Sub the front passenger seat has almost no foot room for an average size person. Whenever my wife goes with me to a car show or cruise she always complains that she has no place to put her feet. I think there is enough room to move the seat back 2 or 3 inches before it would hit the riser for the rear wood floor. It would just be a matter of drilling new holes in the new position and bolting it down. With it folded would there now be enough room to get into the back seats? Anybody ever try this? I am open to any other suggestions on solving this deal. She enjoys going with me and I like having her along because she is an excellent navigator and map reader.
